Job Role:    IP Network Engineer with Telecom Domain

Location:   Redmond, WA – Onsite

• Must have skills-
  Network Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy robust IP network solutions, including routers, switches, and load balancers, ensuring optimal performance and redundancy.

 Routing & Switching: Manage and troubleshoot complex routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VXLAN).

 Security & Compliance: Configure and maintain network security protocols, including Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD), VPNs (IPsec, SSL), and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

 Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios) to analyze traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve latency or connectivity issues.

 Capacity Planning: Forecast network growth requirements and execute hardware/software upgrades to support evolving business needs.

 Automation & Scripting: Leverage Python or Ansible to automate repetitive network tasks, configuration management, and deployment workflows.

 Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams (Visio), IP address management (IPAM) records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
