When I enter a 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number, TTP assumes it's a
FedEx tracking number and can't help me. This is the main purpose for
which I would use the site, so I wonder if that function can be
improved.

Hey Paul. Sorry about that. Would you mind emailing me (or posting
here) the tracking number that you're having problems with?
Each carrier has dozens of different number formats so there's always
a possibility we've missed one.
