Should you ever experience vehicle difficulties, as I did recently, in the Upington (Northern, Cape South Africa) area I can highly recommend Desert Auto.
My vehicle arrived there hours after closing on a Friday and a partner/director and his wife met us there to receive my vehicle. Prior to this the director had spent considerable time sourcing overnight accommodation for us, a family of four. This director and wife then loaded us, plus our trailer, and drove us to the overnight accommodation he had sourced for us. The two partners/directors then sacrificed their Saturday to trace the fault and repair the vehicle putting us back on the road early Saturday afternoon to resume our holiday.
Jan and Victor are very special people willing to sacrifice their time for others.
We are highly appreciative of their commitment to service excellence and hope many others shall support their business.
