I am having difficulty registering on the ZIMRA eTIP website for travel to Zimbabawe.
The website says it has sent me an activation email which I have not received in my inbox, junk mail or anywhere else. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging ZIMRA, but no response. There is no iPhone app either and my brother tells me that the Android app is also not active.
I have also had no response from the Crossing Beit Bridge Facebook group and have tried calling and messaging them too.
Interestingly, when i click on the "Forgot Password" link, I get an immediate email and I can reset my password, but still can't get in until I receive the activation email.
Any suggestions?
