Overnight ideas for Colesburg area

Hi All,
Can anyone please put forward some ideas/suggestions?

Nadine and I are going to be driving Jhb->Celebratio (pomegranate near
Oudshoorn) towards the end of November.

I'm guessing Colesburg / Noupoort / Hanover will be a likely stopover.
(You can approach Celebratio/Oudshoorn either via Beaufort West or
Noupoort from the N1)

I'm looking for something with access to dinner and maybe breakfast as
I'm not sure I'll feel like lighting a fire......
But if there is some awesome chalet/cottage next to a river or hillside,
I might just dig out the matches.

I've seen many favourable mentions of Waschbank River Lodge, a few kms outside Colesberg - on the banks of the Orange River: https://waschbank.co.za/

If it is just a stop-over with meals available, we always use the Merino Inn close to the Engen One-Stop. Convenient, easy, and quick in and out. Typical 70's style motel look and feel.
