Booking Agents for Mana Pools, Ferry and Hwangi

Good day, 
Please suggest the best way and contacts to get bookings for Mana Pools, The Kariba Ferry and Hwangi. Will be travelling with big off road caravan.

Hi Nick, 

You can use Central Reservations for Hwange and Mana Pools, and book directly with the ferry too (keep in mind they don't travel every day, you may have to wait for more vehicles to get your ride confirmed).

If you prefer a one stop agent, then you can try Ant Brown from www.manapools.com (but they might only do bookings if you also use one of their vehicles, I don't know if that changed - check with him). Else try  Bryoni Scoombee from Heartveld Adventures, she is based in Kariba (town):  https://www.heartveldadventures.com/

There is an online booking system implemented last year, but I really struggled to make it work. Plus some campsites on the booking system do not exist. So I would rather contact them directly or work through an agent.

Good day Nick, 

In 2024 we received professional service from Maxwell; he completed bookings for us in Zimbabwe (including MP) and Zambia. 

At one point in our journey we were in Lusaka for resupply and Maxwell drove out to our campsite just to meet us in person and say hello; that was a nice touch.
