Fwd: password reset and online shop

Hi , anyone else having troubles with t4a online shop ? Elze has been trying to assist but I've still not made the purchase and must've onto other things now unfortunately.

Background , trying to buy the book Cedarberg from an android phone. Problem getting password reset email , problem with the reset link that references the store ( no password change occurs ) , firebase link works and password changes but then pay fast process fails at the confirm point.

I notice many online shops don't force a login to make a sale . I also notice they offer options in addition to pay fast so it's simpler to use normal credit card . If it's possible to go that route it would be great.

Can't assist further right now , am out of network soon.

I could not change my password through the sales link sent . then I got an email from fireball.  that worked and I could change my password. then I returned to the site and found 4 copies of cederberg in my trolley.  so I edited it back to 1 and subbed. then I got the message to pay via pay fast and got as far as confirm,  and then no  confirmation came . so I won't proceed any further with this purchase.  thanks Martin
