Nossop to Cape town to Maun Suggestions

I have two planned trips.
On one trip, I end at Nossop
I then need to return to Cape Town, and three weeks later travel to Maun

I drive a Hilux, towing a Bushlapa Boskriek

I don't particularly want to tow the Bushlapa back to Cape Town
So I am thinking of the following routes:

Nossop - Rietfontein Border crossing - Keetmanshoop (Leave Bushlapa here) - Cape Town

Cape Town -  Keetmanshoop (Pickup Bushlapa) - Gobabis - Maun

Any suggestions / alternative routes?

Concerned about Namibia road tax

I spoke to Mareleze Scheepers, from Sperrgebiet Lodge just south of Springbok, she says you can with pleasure leave your Bush Lapa with them - please call (better actually to WhatsApp) on +27 83 644 6430 and have a chat. They have decent and affordable self-catering cottages as well as a rustic campsite where you can also overnight en route.
