Veld showers that works with parrafine/lamp oil

I am taking two friends from Holland to the Hell. We shall depart from Cape Town and came back some 4 days later.

I am looking for a place (campsite?) where there are showers in the veld that heats the water with parrafine or lamp oil. Preferably around Ladismith, Oudtshoorn, George, Prince Albert, Laingsburg. I think Swartberg Wild near Oudtshoorn have, but I am looking for a place where we can stay over in accommodation/ or permanent tents and still use the outside showers (that heats with lamp oil (sounding like a tractor). I do not want to drive with tents and bedding.
