Pl. look into the attachments.
The new boundaries between the states carved out of AP are drawn by Nature.
For the time being we can call the new states:
1) Telangana Manyam ( T M )
2) Seema Andhra ( S A )
Telangana Manyam is likely to have nearly 170 MLAs out of 294 and 24 MPs out of 42.
This majority is
essential for the Union govt to create a new state which happens, ironically, to be Seema Andhra from out of AP. The rest is TM(Telangana Manyam)
