Saturday long run

Hey guys-

There will only be a few of us around this weekend for a long run as 75% of the club is racing. However Devon Walton suggested Inspiration Point aka Nimitz Trail in the Berkeley Hills off Wildcat Canyon Road on the Contra Costa County side. It is a rolling, scenic paved out-and-back trail which is 8 miles long, however you can double-back for more mileage or add on via many of the side trails. I probably will run in San Francisco at Golden Gate Park if anyone wants to do an 11-miler there. Devon's email is te...@sbcglobal.net if anyone wants to coordinate with him for the Saturday morning run at around 9 a.m. Also Alex Varner might be running in Marin with some fast people.
