TracCC Trac Downloads Plug-in

Hey all... I'm really liking the downloads plug-in on TracCC's Trac
site. I've tried the Downloads plug-in from Track-Hacks.org, but it is
not as clean and nice as the one used on TracCC.
Does anyone have a link or know the name of that plug-in? Thanks in
advance.
