Hi, I am also having problems when printing from an Android app.

I have my app in a yoga tablet working fine but It does not work with a lenovo tab 10 with android 9.

In each tablet it works fine with print connect

With my lenovo tab 10 I can pair the printer correctly but whenever I want to print it tells me that I need to connect the printer to my device. I go to settings, I select the printer I click in connect but nothing happens

I am needing to update several Android devices to android 13, but so far, all of them have factory reset themselves upon being updated, which is not ideal for my application. I believe this is due to the switch from full disk encryption to file based encryption (FBE) on 13. Is there a way I can convert the older OS devices to FBE before updating? Or how else could I prevent a factory reset upon updating? I'm not worried about data loss so much, as I am maintaining some system based settings and application changes I have made. I thought this may be impossible, but confoundingly, I WAS randomly able to update one device from 8.1 to 13 without it factory resetting afterwards. Any advice out there? Thanks a lot for any input.

Hello we have enrolled 90 of the 750 devices we have purchased, each time the device is enrolled on owner mode the location is not enabled, on the device itself it is turned on and enabled but SMC device object says "Location not possible" in the compliance violations, there is no options i can see on the device itself that inst turned on. i have used legacy android enrolment and the location does work as expected, its only when enrolled in Enterprise device only mode.
