Suppressing updateable fields - Trac 1.4.3

I'm getting an interesting request.

In Trac, when you modify the ticket, the "Description" shows up (see screenshot). The users want that suppressed.

You can revoke TICKET_EDIT_DESCRIPTION

Another option is to add some site Javascript to hide the field.
