In the various track hack pages, there has always been a link to
download the hack. When I was checking yesterday, in every hack I
looked at, that link was grey text instead of a link. I see that it
calls a [export:], which I guess is not happy. Is this a known issue?

To prevent high load caused by downloads from crawlers that ignore
robots.txt, the export link is currently disabled. Please use the
Subversion client instead.

I suspected something along these lines. I will investigate the
subversion access. I can only do this at home because our company uses
Cisco Umbrella to manage DNS stuff, and as track-hacks has 'hacks' in
the name. Cisco Umbrella is apparently not the sharpest tool in the
shed. Aside from the DNS control, I was suspicious that it may hide
links to such places.
