My question is: Is it possible in one Project do a ticket query, using the TicketQuery Macro or other, of another project?

Take a look at the TracForge data subscription system. Its not
perfect but does help with things like this.

Sorry my English. What I meant to say was: Can I use the TicketQuery
Macro for doing queries on another Project?

No, not directly. But you can use TracForge to link two projects and
then do the query. If you are using Postgres w/ schemas you can also
do cross-project reports (but not queries).
