Spanish mail list

Hello everyone

I ask myself, what adventages would bring us to make available a mail
list in spanish?

That way we could bring suport to our spanish speaking users.

What do you thinks about this idea?

As long as it would be clearly stated that is unofficial (recognized
but unofficial), as right now core developers are non Spaniards (maybe
we could annoy Jeroen? ;-D).

I suppose that major difficulty would arise because some technical
issues could be left without response, and maybe they would had, if
issued to an appropiate mailing list (with more effort though).

I recognize though, that it could be possible, meanwhile, with
contributions from some experimented Spaniard Trac'kers over there.

I'm sure that appropiate ''suport to ... spanish speaking users'' and
others, will be seriously considered by 0.12 release.
