The hardware shouldn't cause issues here, I guess. I'm running tracd
with SQLite db backend on Debian GNU/Linux (not upgraded to squeeze
yet). This is a 24/7 setup as well, serves a couple of environments in
parallel and never causes similar issues, sorry.

Any chance, that a plugin might interfere here?
If true, did you upgrade any plugin to latest version as well?
Furthermore, did you try with all plugins disabled?

I've no clue right-away as well, but you should report it to the issue
tracker at trac.edgewall.org, if you don't get better response here.

I forget to say that after server restart (it's working on Apache2) it starts to work again...

Thank You for replay, I'll try to switch all plugins off but I don't understend how plugins can cause this problem... It seems to be database backend connect/timeout/
reconnect issue... Anyway thank You for idea...
