Configure Apache to fall into the Login Form for the AccountManager.

I need you help to configure Apache access allow login. 

When I enter the site I fall right on the login page.

My env:  Trac 0.12 + apache2 + ubuntu + AccountManager + HtDigest

  ServerName mysys.brazil.com.br
