SimpleMultyProjcet Plugin is not available after intsallation

Hello, everybody!
I'm running my Trac on Virtual Machine (Debian) and after installation of SimpleMultyProjcet Plugin it is not available for me to use it.
I can see it in web and after appkying changes it still doesn't work.
What could be the reason of that problem?
