[Trac] Howto show multiple projects like on edgewall.org

Hi I have a simple question:

I would like to show my 5 trac projects like on trac.edgewall.org
(where the projects names are in the navigation bar).

Is this code available as template/sample or is there an howto?

There's a previous thread about this in the archive ;o)

Briefly, that was made by hand and that's not a multi-project setup ,
they are multiple virtual hosts
