Problem with configuration of trac 0.12 with apache 2.2.21

Hello everybody, I've performed an installation of trac in my server, but I'm having a problem when try to access it.

The error is:

The content of the httpd.conf  is:

I can't see where is the problem, please help :)

Check the permission of trac.ini, it should look like this: -rw-rw-r--  www-data www-data … trac.ini
