It looks like you need to create a page named `DefaultPage`. Alternatively, you can edit the hard-coded value in the source. It would be nice if DEFAULT_PAGE_TEMPLATE was exposed as a TracIni option.

Interesting though, as I didn't realize that a default could be set. It seems like this should be documented at:
