How to enable markers?

how do I enable markers, like TODO, DONE, etc? For example in description text in ticket http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/4139

Is there any documentation of markers and a list of marker words?

Franz, I think that’s provided by the WikiExtras Plugin http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/WikiExtrasPlugin

Thanks Alex. I thought everything on t.e.o is from Trac Core or at least hosted at http://trac.edgewall.org ... but appearantly it's not.
