Making Trac ticket fields mandatory

Hi,

 

Is there a way to make both the built-in and custom fields in Trac tickets mandatory?

 

We are running Trac 1.2.3

It's been a while since I set it up, but ... I believe I'm using the TicketValidation plugin for such things.  I'm not sure that plugin is available any more, though.  There is probably another one you could use, if it's not available ... or I could try to dig up a copy for you that would likely work with Trac 1.2.  I'm using a more recent Trac right now, but I've been using Trac since ... maybe 0.7 or so?
