New instance of Brazilian Portuguese LFS Project Trac

Hi, all.

I want to set up a new instance of Trac for the Brazilian Portuguese Linux From Scratch (LFS) Project.

I already created the initial Trac "environment". The server of the LFS Project uses Apache as web server and I am not the Server Administrator.

The LFS Development Team uses Trac for tracking bugs and I am specially interested into translating the tickets contents into Brazilian Portuguese. Of course, it is desirable to translate the Trac User Interface into Brazilian Portuguese too (there is "Babel" for that and the LFS Project Trac instance has not it installed).

I already created the initial environment, but the initial page is not showed up yet.

The Trac Documentation, apart well written, it is merely a description of the components and parts of the Trac system, making me very difficult to set up a new instance only reading it.

Please, I would like a step by step to set up that new instance.

Please explain how you configured the settings on your environment and what issues you encounter.
