User not appearing in account manager

Hi,

I'm trying to use the trac account manager to allow users to register and login.

This is working fine in most cases, but I had a user who was previously registered, but was unable to log in.

I used account manager to delete that user and asked him to re-register, which was successful, but the user does not appear in the user list.

The user is able to log in and access the areas he has permissions for.  There is a row in 'auth_cookie' and 'session' tables for this user, so as far as he is concerned, he is successfully logged in.

But when I go into the web admin page for users he is not listed.

Any ideas what is causing this or how to fix?
