Upgraded 1.2 to 1.4.3: Format Buttons in Wiki Editor not correct

Hi,

i just upgraded from 1.2 to 1.4.3. When i edit a Wiki page the buttons for Bold, Italic, Heading... in the top left above the editor pane all show the same symbol (for italic).

Any ideas?

This may help:

First, I recommend doing a hard-refresh of  your browser: SHIFT + F5 (Windows), CMD+R (macOS).
