but my choice "does not match our naming policy".
Ok, but I cannot find where this policy is defined
(there should be a pointer on it in the web form).

We have an open ticket to improve the message about naming policy, but no one has gotten to implementing it yet:

What name are you trying to use? I believe it needs to be at least 5 characters.
