Trac release?

Just wondering if there is likely to be a PyPI release of Trac declaring 3.12 compatibility? I see some commits on trunk with the classifiers.

From the Django Project, thanks again for your maintenance of this tool, it's much appreciated.

I think we should (and I want to) fix the following tickets at least.
