CKEditor - Asp.net CKEDITOR.dialog.openDialog] Dialog "link" failed when loading definition error

Guys,

 

I get Message: [CKEDITOR.dialog.openDialog] Dialog "link" failed when loading definition error in my asp.net ckeditor . I believe this is due to IE6 browser issue.

 

There is a ptach 7922  http://dev.ckeditor.com/attachment/ticket/7922/7922.patch . How can I apply this to my code/
