Shake, Rattle and Roll 8 is a 2006 Filipino horror anthology film directed by Rahyan Q. Carlos, Topel Lee, and Michael Tuviera, and the eighth installment of the Shake, Rattle & Roll film series. It is produced by Regal Entertainment, and was an entry to the 2006 Metro Manila Film Festival . The film consists of three episodes: "13th Floor", "Yaya", and "LRT".
"13th Floor"
This episode is about a children's party held in a forbidden floor of a high-rise apartment building. The party organizers and the guests soon realize that they are trapped with the ghosts of the orphans and their matron who died in a fire that destroyed the orphanage that used to stand on the site of the building. The episode stars Keanna Reeves, Bearwin Meily, Roxanne Guinoo, Joseph Bitangcol, Janus Del Prado, Robert Seña, Isay Alvarez, and Krystal Reyes.
"Yaya"
This episode is about a naughty kid who discovers that her new nanny is a vampire. The nanny tries to protect the kid from her abusive parents and other evil forces. The episode stars Sheryl Cruz, Manilyn Reynes, Keempee de Leon, Iza Calzado, Nash Aguas, and Ella Guevara.
"LRT"
This episode is about a freak accident in which people find themselves trapped in an LRT coach, chased by a monster. The monster feeds on their fears and weaknesses, and only those who can overcome them can survive. The episode stars TJ Trinidad, Eugene Domingo, Miko Palanca, IC Mendoza, Jenine Desiderio, and Jojit Lorenzo.
