UBA Contest changes

In connection with the withdrawal of England from the European Union,
the Rules for the UBA contest have changed in terms of multipliers and points
for QSOs with G, GD, GI, GJ, GM, GU and GW. The new Rules can be found here:

The corresponding changes have been made to the TR4W program (UBA-CW and UBA-SSB)
starting from version 4.96.3. To work in UBA-SSB on January 30, 2021,
you can download this version here:
The changes will also be taken into account in the next version 4.97.0
at the beginning of February 2021.
