TR4W native TCI Interface in Delphi 12 version

One of the great things about using agentic AI to help build the next version of TR4W is how quick it can do something if given a good reference.

AetherSDR which talks to various radios provides a TCI connection to talk to the Flex Series radios as well as ExpertSDR.

I had the agent (Claude Code) build a TCI interface from TR4W. I have many guardrails and 1500 uniqaue test case that run everytime the code is built so this is a disciplined process. And nothing gets released unless tested by people. :)

Attached is a screenshot showing TR4W talking to AetherSDR via TCI and WSJT-X talking to AetherSDR via TCI.

Development and testing continues on the D12 version. I plan to use it through contest season along with some testers and they around the end of the year, make the switch to the new version.
