Just want to know, guys, have we sent these messages to TP-USA? The
best way to make an impact is to get the info through to those who can
make a difference. Take it to the top!

We can't take forever crying ourselves dry and feel helpless and
sorry, HOPING someone from upstairs MIGHT be reading these posts.
Obviously, the local management will filter out or cover-up all the
issues that involve their incompetence and other wrongdoings. The
issues have gone beyond them, it's time we raised it to the next
level, shouldn't we?

It's about time we did our share in saving Teleperformance from the
fast-creeping mediocrity it is now suffering and bring it back to its
old glory. We owe it to TP and to ourselves, and the time to shift our
targets has come.
