No infraction, Still No AB

There is still a big issue when it comes to our pay every cut off ;
unpaid hours , incorrect rate, no AB

i have a teammate who always comes early , does not log off , goes
out in time , even goes for rest day OT , we have checked his CCMS for
an infraction , there was "0" infraction for the past 2 months , but
he still did not receive his AB for last May 5, we had it escalated so
that it would be corrected, it took a week then we waited and
waited , and ven now he still has not received it yet, they even made
a list of agents who were approved to get their AB for last May 5 ,
but still his name was not there , we had it escalated to our ACM ,
but still no avail , we think that our ACM is avoiding us afraid of
being asked again ...

They said before in order for an agent to get their AB , they must
have a complete attendance, no tardiness and absents, total infraction
should be less than 30 mins , but still atleast one agent met those
said requirements bt still did not get his AB ...
