Guards here at TP Shaw Blvd Suck!!

It's always a requirement for us agents when we resign to surrender
our ATMs to HR Dept, or else they won't work on our back pay.. (Don't
know why but other companies doesn't require that anymore...)

A month ago, I submitted all the requirements for resignation, except
the ATM, ofcourse because my salary once again isn't right. They told
me to wait for the next pay day because they'll be correcting it.. So
came the next pay day.. I received what's lacking from the last
payday.. Issue is done..

A few days after the payday, I went back to TP Edsa to return my ATM
but those freaking guards in the front lobby, namely Concepcion, C.R.
and Yanson, E. wouldn't allow me to go up and do it just because I'm
wearing sandals. I told them nicely that I came all the way from
Alabang just to return this and it is not my fault why I went back to
that place just to return that card. I also told them that the last
time I surrendered all resignation requirements I'm also wearing
sandals and he (concepcion C.R.) was also the guard in the lobby.. -
Ofcourse! What can we expect? Denial! That's what theyre good at! They
are telling me that if I'm wearing sandals I wouldn't get in! I told
them that I did! I even reached HR! For my exit interview along with
the Resignation Requirements! Oh the frustration!! They raised their
voice before me and everyone in the lobby noticed that, If I'm realy
not an educated person I would've shove their asses off! Sorry for the
term..

Anyways at the end, I asked my colleague to give my card back to HR.
And I asked those guards personally what are their names and they
answered back sarcastically. They also told me that their superior is
in the name of "Vistar" without me asking. I asked them what is the
number of their agency but they refuse to answer.

So please be aware of these guards CONCEPCION, C.R. and YANSON E.
