Who is Benjie Zenarosa?

Now this one came from a reliable source. Benjie Zenarosa allegedly
said "THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF THE AGENTS RESIGN". He said they have
prepared 400 agents scheduled for training in preparation for this so
they are not threatened at all. Didn't you notice they have come up
with all the trainings for the agents and sups recently to keep most
people away from joining any attempt to walk-out.Is this how the
management look at the agents? Disposable anytime? Of course he
wouldn't care, he doesn't know how Sprint works. He has no idea what
the agent has to get through to learn this account and be successful.
He just joined Sprint a few months ago, and he's talking as if he has
made remarkable contributions to TP. What have you done for TP so far?
sending e-mails for your crown perks winners as if no one can do that
exept you? Can you not think of something more interesting to do than
this? Now you're saying that you don't care if the agents go? I'm not
surprised, what do you know about Sprint anyway? Why don't you start
taking calls and see how it feels when callers swear out of
frustration, I would really want to have a meeting with you so you can
show us how sview works,maybe you can also coached us on best
practises, or what else? How about teaching us how to perform port-in
swap in CSM? I'm sure all these would be easy for you, you have Sis
Jing beside you anytime, right?
