hey there tpwatcher! it's very nice to know, & comforting in a way, to know that there are such people thinking about our rights as employees. Let me tell you how i'm doing in TP as of the moment pleae...

 

same as you guys, i'm a tp agen as well. 2 yrs mahigit na ko sa company na to. whenever my  friends from TP ask me kung bakit ako nakatagal ng almost 3 yrs sa tp, i always tell them, "dahil lang sa team namin.." to tell you honestly, TP is not as bad as it is right now 2 & a half years ago. The site director then was Randy Redden who, as for me, understands the agents very much & when he greets the agents, he always has a big smile on his face at mararamdaman mong he greeted you because he recognizes your existence at hindi dahil kelangan lang nya gawin as a show off. hindi plastic kung tawagin. well, to make the story short, maganda ang management sa panahon nya. kahit papano, sulit ang pressures, stress at hirap mo sa pakikipagmurahan sa mga customer. commendations are paid, high QA's are paid, agents or teams who ranked good were given incentives. at ang AB, as long as maka 8 hrs ka sa lahat ng scheduled shift mo, you'll get it. You could get as much as 100 000php for max pay out at that time. No exagerration coz one of my teammate who's going 5 yrs this 2008 as TP agent had 80 000php then excluding 40 000php tax. That was a total of 120 000php. Leave forms can be filed kahit one day before your leave. Minsan nga even after mo magleave, you can submit the leave form & they will still approve it.

 

But seeing TP nowadays, nakakawalang gana na. As what i've already mentioned, the only reason that keeps me with TP is my team. ung mga teammate ko na iba sa kanila, almost 4 yrs na magkakasama, & i've been with them for almost 3 yrs na.

 

All of us has pay roll issues with TP. we tried to settle it with our previous sup who has now been promoted as csat man, so meaning, wala kaming sup ngayon at open team kami kaya walang sup na nag-aasikaso sa amin. we tried to go to our aacm, wala pa rin nangyari. lumapit na kami sa CM. ako at isa ko pang teammate to assure na makukuha namin ung april AB. in fairness, nakuha namin ung april ab, but the rest of team who worked for it didn't. Naisip ko na d reason how me & my other teammate got d AB is bcoz lumapit kami sa CM namin. Nkakaloka naman! So does this mean na lahat tayo kelangan natin lumapit isa-isa sa ating mga CM para lang makuha natin ang ating monthly AB? Are they kidding me? another is that pahirapan na nga sa stations, pero ang damot nila sa excemption hrs! there's more! i was eligible for the retention bonus for 3 motnhs, namely oct, nov & dec. but i got the ret bonus for 2 mos lang, & take note, installment pa! i got the first ret bonus in january 20 payday, then i got the 2nd bonus in march 5 payday. i've always been reminding my previous sup about it who always says, "we're working on it". wala akong balak na pabayaan na lang yun at ipambaya nila dun sa TP bus na binili nila which looks like tora-tora!

 

the issue i hate the most is, my good CM, asked for out team to be dissolved! it sucks! my team has gone to lots experience. Na-terminate ung dati naming sup bcoz of powertripping & favoritism issues. we were distribute to different teams pero nabuo ulet ng mabigyan kami ng sup. and now, ung sup nami na bgla na lang napromote ng walang pasabi. well, we can't blame her coz probably, she's so sick & tired of escalating payroll diputes & all. tapos ni wala naman silang double pay, OT pay & even night diff! they're stuck at freaking 20 000 a month plus monthly (i think it's 3000php)allowance which is going to be deducted everytime they absent. I think it's so unfair na paghiwa-hiwalayin kami when we can work effectively as a team. maybe this is not a bigh issue for you guys, but for us, it is! we're even ready to do mass resignation if they will dissolve our team! bkt pa? this company is not doing us any good & they will take away the only reason why we're staying with this fucking company? Hell no!
