its payday again and as i have expected my disputes hasnt been paid again..its sucks right? ive been disputing that leave credits already since feb..and its already april..i even had unpaid solo parent leave..i was expecting that bec i have to pay for our electricity..foods..and other neccesities and then they will gonna tell u na its in process na...can i tell MERALCO na " hindi po ako binayaran ng company ko..sa 20th na lang po.." can i tell my daughter and my family na sa 20th na lang tayo kakain anak kase walang sinuweldo si mama..i have to sell things..i have to borrow money from 5'6..kelangan kapalan ko yung mukha ko na manghiram ng pera na kung tutuusin naman sana meron kea lang dahil sa kawalang aksyon ng management marami tayong nagdudusa...ganon na ba kahirap na kitain o kunin ang perang pinagtrabahuhan namen? we are asking for our correct salary..we are not asking any extras from the management..this is so ridiculous that u have to beg and spend time to fight for your salary..which is reall stupid...how i wish i could give nate may's or the bosses number to the MERALCO so that HE could explain why im not getting paid or rather we are not getting paid...i hope he knows how we feel right now...how humiliating it is not to be able to pay bills on time..and even had our electricity or water disconnected bec of this foolishness...but he wont know that bec he is getting his pay on time...the management doesnt even know the hell weve been going on..this really SUCKS..its very unfair labor practice.....
