Sprint CMs recently held a meeting with our respective Sups for the
implementation of AHT's new target, for april 6-12 there will be a
7:35 target per agent if you will not be meeting the goal, an IR will
be issued, the next week, a lower AHT will again be implemented and if
you dont meet the goal, another IR will be issued, 3 IRs w/in 3 weeks
= termination, you do the math,a number of cricket agents who
experienced the same thing especially under James Dalusong's shift, a
wave of agents started to file for resignation after a few days but
they were not approved, some of them got terminated and some went
AWOL, now they're being nice to them because cricket is losing a lot
of agents
i recently filed my resignation, i feel that i wont be meeting the AHT
goal, we cant possibly sacrifice FCR just to meet AHT, unlucky for
me, i have to render 15 more working days, i just hope that i wont be
terminated before 15 days and i also hope that i will be getting my 2
months of salary dispute plus my AB (CCMS sucks)
To the management:
The accounts in TP are not that hard, we have the best tools and
everything, the management is to blamed for all of this, accounts like
sprint and cricket are getting harder because you're making it hard
for us, unfair pay, salary disputes and management issues, we're
starting to think that TELEPERFORMANCE, is losing money... not giving
us the right compensation for our work can be morally degrading...
and if they wont be doing anything to address these issues more voices
of dissent will arise....
