Whatever happened to TP?

It is very sad to see the way TP is now. It is so much different from
the way it used to be. I miss the days where you can really have a
good talk with your Site Director and the CMs. Where these people go
around and make themselves available to evryone, specially the agents.
I have a lot of good memories of those people. They make an impact on
the lives of the Sups. they don't treat the sups and the agents as
mere commodity. They are not perfect though, but surely they were not
inhuman too.
