training payouts

it has become so very unfair for us to attend training at octagon all
the way from tpedsa, just to find out that we're not scheduled for
training, thus loosing our staff times, causing infractions in ccms
and loosing AB's. In addition, we are not being paid for the hours
spent in the training. why and how? in ccms it was reflected not paid.
we started inquiring from accounting, they directed us to hr, then
from hr to trainers and then to csat managers who that we can't easily
find. There is really no hope for us for getting paid for the hours we
spent in octagon. Much to it, it conflicted with our regular shifts
which is quite fair if we're PAID FOR IT! but we ended up being
loosers. loosing AB, loosing money, wasting our time. rather kicking
our butt in the production, earing money, keeping numbers, as in
RANKING, we GOT NOTHING! Ever since that ccms came out, everything got
so unorganized, we got run arounds, which in fact we are not doing on
SPRINT customers because it's affecting our CSAT but where's the
benefit of our effort. This is really so very unfair for us agents
striving hard to keep the NUMBERS. We don't feel so much rewarded. We
can do training in the productions since we're only merely reading and
answering assessments. What's the use in going all the way to Octagon
when it's more practical doing it in production? Besides, we are
trained to do multitasking. We can take calls while, reading in i-
learn. At least, it won't affect our staff ours or loose our AB. I
just don't want to be heard, I want to see actions, just like how we
kick our butt in the production. The thing is, end up not getting
paid for every training hours we spent, EVER!
