Hahaha!!! I know these people very well and I must say you got
everything right!!!
A lot of people know how this ACCM got promoted. Some people
shouldn't really be in their position right now, if not for their ass-
kissing, or should I say binge-drinking techniques. Hahaha!!!
And I should say the she is lucky the people around her are civilized
and professional - unlike her. Or else she would be in a dumpster
right now.

Surely, having the Open Door Policy in this company have proved to be insufficient to give its employees the state of mind that the company, through its “reliable and approachable” people whom they appointed, promoted or hired to govern the centers, could easily be informed and be trusted by the individuals like the agents whom for a fact were mainly the reason why the policy was thought of and implemented to its effectiveness. True enough, you can literally knock and enter thru their respective offices, if the respective person from the management is ever there, and speak out whatever is in your mind, regardless of its simplicity or complexity, not just so they know but to ask them to not just hear it but to listen to it and to at least act or do something about it if ever there is a need, only and only if someone is ever there.
> Aside from the fact that probably most of them don’t really look approachable, they can also be very intimidating. The kind of superior that you rather stay away from than just to say a simple “hi” whenever you see each other in a hallway and the best you can do is put a half meant smile on your face or rather fake it. Same way I felt with my last superiors and I know I’m not the only one.

Even some of these reasons are incredibly stupid and drastically unreasonable that you and your friends could have something to laugh about in disgust just by having the thought of it.

This ACCM is so competitive and determined to be on top that she speaks her mind in Tagalog whenever and wherever she wishes to. Here are some words to ponder from her: “eh di tangalin si agent, tangalin si bisor, problema ba un? Kung tutuusin matagal nang may atraso sakin yang mga yan” Great governance! You might as well be one of the president’s personal advisor so you can easily mess with people’s lives. After all, you were a very good AGENT before so you got promoted as a SUPERVISOR and several months after, here you are, an ACCM. I really think it wouldn’t be hard for you to get a respective position in public office. There, there are more lives to mess up with.

> Well, so much for clues. I’ll post other personal experiences of this company sometime soon. The way I look at it, I have nothing against Teleperformance. They have provided all the things necessary for motivating their employees and to make them stick around. The facilities are great, pay is competitive and incentives are inspirational and worth working for. If there is something that the employees hate about the company, I say it’s the people around who have no commitment on thier responsibilities.
