im all the years iv been with this company i had no idea it could be
this bad.. i am one of the "floating agents" as they've tagged us...
For he past 3 months i was treated like i never mattered,at first i
was thrilled that i was asked to get off the phone and assist my
fellow agents with their calls,i was asked to even hndle teams when
their sups are not around...but when "payday" came it was a full
agony...
We were begging for our salary... i never wanted to get off the
phone... there was nothing wrong with my stats... i even got that
retention bonus they were bragging about... I asked assistance wiht my
sup and we both went to out acm about the matter... As what my acm was
told i was "terminated in error" ccms was not that popular yet..we
didnt even know how to work that stupid site... so going on... my acm
old me that the records in hr told them i was terminated... they asked
me to stay calm that it was all an error.. "oh dont worry my dear
we'll fix it!" my acm told me... as days go by they told me "uwi kn
lang dnt worry bbyaran k nman bbgyan k nmin ng exeption..." yeah
right.... e hindi n pla pde yung exeption sa payroll kase nga ccms
na... bullshit!!! so... e2 ang lola mo reklmo to the max sa
accounting... does anyone know mitch??? haay bagay sa knya yung
pangalan nya... it rimes with "B!#@H" pag gtanung ko b nman about my
descrepany ang sabi sakin eh "wla kang ccms wag kn umasa ng sweldo"
heartless bitch...sobrang saludo na nga ako sa sup ko kase npaka
understanding nya...


so to make the story short... from jan to this point and ccms ko ay no
sched parin...i should be happy coz i dont have infractions
right........ eeeeeeee... wrong!!! coz i dont have a sked... my status
is still in danger...every time i go to hr or accounting im being
scrutinized and tagged as a non-tp employee.... not to mention npka
epal ng mga guard.... sooo... now im out... i just cant take anymore
bullshit to this damn company...nakakaawa ang mga bagong papasok
jan... i hope you guys read this and pls do help each other...its bad
enough that the company is a hell on earth...sana lang we can help
each other get over this mess.....
