great ccms again

this one are for untrained qa's thanks to them im on pitstop
because they are unknowledgable in using ccms "well i guest they are
just pushed to do so by the higher management" they gave me 2
consecutive failed qa's reflecting on my ccms where for a fact they
both have commented that i did well on the call and gave me passing
grade its all yes. they dont know how to use ccms, instead of 100%
average score they have put in zero. and it didnt only happened to me,
i do also have a teamate on pitstop has the same issue.....
