NO IMPROVEMENT !!!

I'm so sick with Teleperformance right now and i bet my life that
majority of the agents in the company feels the same way... It's so
damn aggrevating that up to now they were not able to fix the problem
with CCMS and the other salary problems... I think they dont give a
f@ck with their agents no more... I've been with the company for more
than 2 years and this is the worst thing that ever happened to the
company... It's true that nobody or nothing is perfect but still it's
a different story when you have the same problem over and over again
and what's happening right now is the worst i have experienced so
far... It's not that we are like asking for an increase or a bonus, we
just want to get what's ours and what we have already worked for... It
seems we are begging for our salary and we are the one suffering for
the companies mistakes which is so unfair... Implementing a system
which was not taught to us is like driving a car blindfolded so what
do you expect to happen... Yeah, its okay to try it once, twice or
maybe thrice but even a kid can understand that it is not working and
the result is the opposite of what it is suppose to do... I'm sick of
this sh!+, and I can't do it alone... People let's wake up and make
our presence felt... THE BOTTOMLINE IS WE WORK TO EARN MONEY... THE
MONEY IS OURS SO WHY THEY AIN'T GIVING IT... WE AIN'T WORKING IN NO
CHARITY... LET'S TAKE WHAT'S OURS... FEEL ME???...
