Hello again,

I'm hearing loud and clear that there is a desire for a culturally
specific 'front end' to the TPSE network - something more attuned to
contemporary visual arts, and also something more regionally focused
than Culture 24, for example.

In this video clip that I've posted to the blog, Stephen sums it up:

"It's important to create a cultural identity that allows for cultural
opportunities and cultural development"

http://tpse.org/2009/06/11/regional-and-cultural-identity/

I'm wondering how TPSE's online network will help to foster that
cultural identity. Is it a branding and marketing issue? Or is it more
structural, defined by how tpse.org consults and enables its
constituents to shape its direction? Perhaps both and more...

I'd be interested to find out what people think typifies the cultural
identity of the South East in particular, and how to express it online.

Cheers,

Saul.
