Along with the documents mentioned in the check list (which you received from us with the Offer Letter), we will require the following documents MANDATORILY from you on the date of joining :
1. Hard copy of signed Offer Letter (Original and photocopy).
2. Passport size photographs (5 numbers).
3. Photocopy of PAN Card or Form 49A duly acknowledged by the IT department.
The mandatory information required is the Pan Number.
4. Photocopy of Passport or 10th standard mark sheet.
The mandatory information required is the proof of date of birth.
5. Photocopy of highest degree certificate or provisional degree certificate.
6. Photocopies of consolidated mark sheet or all semester mark sheets.
7. Updated Resume.
8. 2 copies of I.D proof (Passport/Voter ID/Driving license).
Note 2: Please note that we will be able to onboard you only in the event of you being able to produce all of the 8 documents mentioned above. Additionally, please also carry your blood group details to the venue.
Note 3: Please ensure that you do not have any backlogs in all your semesters (semester 1 – semester 8). In case you have appeared for the re-exam and are awaiting results, do inform us at the earliest.
