Punjab Technical University in its endeavor of bridging up the gap between Industry & Academia has done various MoUs & tie-ups with organizations like Confederation of Indian Industry (Cll), Wipro Missionl0x, IBM India Pvt. ltd. etc. to target the employability enhancement of the students.
Keeping in view the present scenario of placements, Punjab Technical University is now taking a step ahead and has planned an event, "PTU Job Fest -2013" to support its affiliated institutes. The two days event is scheduled to be held on January 24-25,2013 @ 1000 hrs. at Punjab Institute of Technology (PITK), PTU Main Campus, Kapurthala.
Students are directed to register for this event at PTU web portal (www.ptu ac.in) by Jan 21, 2013 before 1300 hrs. Openings are for the students of Batch 2012 and 2013 and are in the streams of B.Tech (ECE, EEE, EE, CSE & IT), B. Pharm, MBA, MCA, BCA & BBA. The students having any backlog will not be entertained. Candidates are required to carry the print out of the registration form, CV (5 copies) & photocopies of their certificates on the day of event.
